hello.
a friend of mine bought FFXI from Steam europe.
dowloaded everything, but now he's blocked because the POL ask him to enter the "member password" and he don't remember when or how he entered this password before...

so now, if I'm correct, that password works only on local , user machine, right?

there is'nt a way to disable it ?
he can't uninstall POL because he don't have a "POL folder", he have all the game in one folder downloaded from Steam...

he can't insert another member by the function "add member" because POL says "POL id already used on another member"

so, he's blocked... how he can disable that check, or re-configure only the POL without download again everything? (and how he can download again everything? he have to buy anothe game!?!?)
