You know if we wants answers too this we need to post it in the general forum, I hope it is broke and SE will fix it, but SE hasnt shown that the care about how drk is working or functioning, with that being we really need info on this piece. What on earth is the ENHANCEMENT to desperate blows is the question.

I heard from a Drk in the server that it enhances Subtle Blow. I don't know if theres a way to test that but I'm hoping he's wrong.

If it is subtle blow, thats not THAT bad. Just depends on the amount given I guess?

it's most likely at most 5-10 Subtle Blow because of BALANCE... rather stick to having capped gear haste(with apoc I suppose I COULD use them, but full af3+2 set > 4/5 and those shoes)

Did they try cast/recast to see if magic might be effected by these boots instead of weapons? We've been asking for some faster magic for a while now...
