I've used this to some effect in dynamis recently. Once they are procced, toss a nightmare and have fun. It lands fairly often.. enough to give me laughs when it does.
Side note, if it misses and the mob has a buff on it. It will dispel it.

My other car is a summoner.
I wouldnt exactly call it useful to have to use ward. wait 45 sec and use another ward again in the hopes it activates. the mob dies faster and more efficient in BP rages
If this indeed does have higher accuracy on mobs that have been slept via nightmare, then don't think of it as something that you have to wait 45 secs for to proc. Think of it as a potentially useful ability for duoing smns; one person does nightmare, the other does pavor. Then, on the next mob you use your rage pacts instead to kill it. After that you keep switching back and forth, assuming you have the mp regen to sustain that kind of play.
Fair enough. I didnt look at it from a duo perspective. Still 264 MP is a bit too high in my eyes.
does nightmare sleep have a significantly higher chance of making the death effect proc than regular sleep? like can you just sub sch and cast sleep then the BP?
First time I ever busted this out, death. Never again. lol
