Both new bloodpacts are just marked by a "." and say "...A command error occurred." when you try to use them.

I checked to see if there was the possibility of a bug, but it doesn't seem like this is the case. I suggest to re-install the test server client and see if the problem is fixed.

I test and use files check to check all files and it's seem not fix anything. All Bst's pet , New jug pet's name and SMN's BP all appear as "."

Given that it's reported by ten or so people now I'm fairly certain it is a bug.

I hope you are talking about the updated content we aren't seeing on test server until next patch? Currently this and several jugs are not properly translated (November 25th patch) leading to command errors when trying to use them.
