my general idea is that some jobs have surivability 2hrs while some have offensive 2hrs, why not flip flop them for some jobs? like give thf an offensive 2hr, or whm an offensive 2hr.

Increases Skill chain tier by 1 (Liquefaction > fusion, Fusion > light, ect ect)
the same thing would pretty much happen to the light arts, with the exception of perpetuance
Perpetuance:
Increases Duration by 50% (300% with +2 Hands)
kaustra and embrava would be castable under this 2HR as well.
White Mage

Removes Ranged attack delay. Increases chances of shooting two-three times on weaponskills.

Allows the casting of " Meteor, Ultima, Melt down, Doomsday, Tidal Wave, GigaVolt, Typhoon, Fissure, Absloute Zero"
all of the above spells are AOE damage, and can only be cast 1 time each during WOA. each spell carries an addtional effect:
Ultima: deals light damage, Increases Damage Dealt by all magic
Meteor: Deals Non elemental damage, Lowers all stats by 30
Doomsday:deals dark damage. Additional effect Death (low chance)
Tidal wave: Deals water damage. Additional Effect Slow (100%)
Gigavolt: Deals thunder damage. Additional effect Terror
Typhoon: Deals Wind damage. Additional Effect Gravity ( 90% movement speed reduction, not resistable)
Melt down: Deals Fire damage. Additional Effect Defense down 50%
Fissure: Deals Earth Damage. additonal Effect Petrify (dosent break on damage)
Absloute Zero: Deals Ice Damage. Additional effect Stop. Monster cannot move or attack.
Blue Mage

Increases Melee Prowess, Augments Enspells, Spell interruption rate -100% with weapon drawn. Augments Temper
melee Effects: Melee Haste (job ability) +25%, Accuracy is increased by Magic accuracy and MND, Attack is increased by Magic Attack and INT (these stack with STR and DEX bonuses as well) Weaponskill potency +10%
Augments En-spells: Increases Enspell damage, grants chance to randomly cast magic matching your enspell when enspell damage processes.
Example:
Enfire I > 20% chance to cast Fire 1 or 15% chance to cast Fire 2
Enfire II >10% chance to cast Fire 3 or 5% chance to cast fire 4
Augments Temper: Increases tripple attack and quadruple attack by 5%, Allows Enspell II's to activate on multi attack.
Astral Possession.

Grants access to Bloodpact: Possession (job ability)
Blood pact Possession would allow the usage of ANY known avatar blood pact, with or without avatar summoned. all enmity generated by this ability is placed on the summoner, NOT the currently summoned avatar. the summoners stats would affect this ability directly. they would all have a base of MAB IV (the same as avatars) and be calculated off of the SUMMONERS stats ( finaly giving all that MAB gear smn can wear a bloody use)
Recast on this ability would be 30 seconds
Ninja
Ninjutsu Mastery
Duration 5 Minutes
Augments Utsusemi
Utsusemi now generates Clones Porportionate to the number of shadows generated by the cast. these shadows have their stats reduced to (1/Number of shadows) so 3 shadow utsusemi = 3 clones with 33.33% of your base stats. so on soforth. these pets cannot be controlled, they will follow you and assist you. they will SC with you and each other. they last 60 seconds or untill killed ( they only have 1 HP, so an AOE will instantly Kill them) in essence this ability will double your damage output for 5 minutes.
