to be honest they just need to have heavy metal plates drop 1 in about every 50 kills of mobs lvl 90+ outside abyssea would create a long time to produce wouldnt have people brewing a zone for multi drops and would have a steady but feasible output of them and hell might even bring content back outside to where us old timers come from

it would be like kindred crests but at a lot less frequency concept....
