Trial item turnin for multiple trials

I have trial 4370 and 4367 active (Sam and smn hands+2), both require jewel of Wieldance. If I trade the 6 jewels and one of the +1 hands, how come I still get the prompt of what trial I wish to complete? I think thats a prompt that could be removed, no?

This isn't a localization issue as such, as the same prompt appears in the JP version.
Hence, we can't make any promises, but we'll try to look into it with the devs at some point down the line.
