    Requesting Test Chat Mode

    I'd like to request that the /yell function be extended server wide for the test server so that testers have a channel to better communicate amongst ourselves, no matter what zone we're in. It would also make it easier to test group content like WoE, which at this s pretty impossible to test solo, by allowing us to organize runs. Or if it's not too hard to code, a special /test chatmode just for the test client.
