Was there a way to max level a job?

I thought I saw people were able to take a job and max it to 95 on test server by talking to npc, is this true, and how?

Just go in to a Mog House. You will find three moogles in there instead of the usual one. The one in the middle is the same one that is always there. The one on the left is a Porter Moogle which does the same thing as any other Porter Moogle. It's the one on the right TEST ===GM Moogle that you want. He can change your job level (and will at the same time set all skill levels to max for the main/support jobs you have set at the time) as well as several other things like charging a Moogle Slip (which you can use at a Porter Moogle) with ALL of the equipment it can hold, and also discharge same so you can drop the slip. There are a few other things this NPC inside your Mog House can do.

It does need to be a Mog House. Nomad Moogles are unchanged. It does NOT need to be your home nation. It just needs to be a Mog House.
