[EU] Temporary Suspension of the GM Petition Service (Oct. 18)

We regret to inform you that the GM petition service is currently experiencing technical difficulties.

The issue is currently being looked into and new updates will be announced as soon as they are available.

Please be advised that the European GMs will not be able to answer calls during this time. For urgent issues, the North American GM petition service will be operating as normal and users may still place GM calls. However, please note that this service will only be available in English and there may be some delays until the GM calls are answered.
