Atonement Nerf: Question for the Devs.

I know this probably won't even get looked at and will just get ignored like most things.

But I would like to seriously know why Atonement was nerfed when Abyssea was released, and has remained so even towards the end of Abyssea.

750 damage is not anything special in the very least when you have Warriors and Monks doing 5-10k with Victory Smite and Ukko's Fury. Only being able to do 375 Damage at max with a "Mythic" level Weaponskill is pretty pathetic. At 75 this weaponskill is what made PLD shine and could continue to do so for non Empyrean Paladin's outside of Abyssea. It would definatley give an Excal PLD more of an Edge, and be nice for Paladin's who have actually taken the time to finish Burtgang for that 15% boost.

I was honestly surprised to see nobody had brought it up sooner, and hopefully the Devs can reconsider what they have done to this once amazing Weaponskill.

I am not really complaigning for myself (I have an Almace), but more for other Paladin's as it would definatley benefit them to have this weaponskill fixed for content outside such as Voidwatch. (Does SE even realize Atonement is gimped for Voidwatch?)

Would be nice to see other people speak out for ungimping Atonement.
