In Abyssea, Zahak's is going to beat Lorica +2. Outside of Abyssea, Zahak's may be best again, or twilight in weird situations.

With RR, even Perle Hauberk is better than Emp body (only thing I can think of that's potentially worse is Haubergeon). NQ Cuirass would beat Emp Body last I checked as well, and definitely Zahak's inside Abyssea. Outside Zahak's and Twilight Mail assuming high but not quite capped dDEX ( still doesn't exist for me) and even Adaberk picks up some steam but is still not worth aiming for unless you already had one.
