There is no way a level 30 could:
Kill an NM in this zone
Finish quests that require killing any type of Monster.
a level 30 does benefit from is being able to gain exp in an abyssea alliance party.
While i can see how this makes the trek to 90 considerably easy compared to the past.
it leaves me wondering "did they do this intentionally?"
What is the exact reason for this level restriction, and why is the restriction level 30?
I am not asking to change anything or cause trouble.

You can enter Abyssea in a Lv30 party and can kill certain mobs. Especialy in Abyssea - La Theine, Tahrongi and Konschtat.
