    Error code:POL-5311

    Lately I get this code which says my Square Enix password is entered incorrectly. This used to happen only when the servers had been down for an update ect. Now it happens regularly even when the servers are up. If I try back in maybe 20 min then it works. This is getting to be very tiresome.

    Hello there cute taru! This error had happened to me2 quiet a few times now. In my case is coz of my internet connection dont capture my password and i keep entering it too many times i block my account. Instead of waiting 20min for SE to automatically reset ur password u could go to SE account and reset ur password by clicking on forgot my password. Hope this help little fellow.
