    Due to the preparation for the migration to Square Enix Account, the payment of monthly fee from August of 2011 and beyond cannot be processed on PlayOnline Viewer by using WebMoney.

    In case the payment method is set to WebMoney, migration process needs to be completed before the payment can be made. Once the migration period begins, the monthly fee payment can no longer be made through PlayOnline Viewer. So please complete the migration process before the subscription ends.
    * Once the migration process is completed, your PlayOnline account will migrate to the Square Enix Account that your PlayOnline account is currently linked to.

    Migration period is scheduled to begin in late July.
    Specific details on the migration process will be provided within the Square Enix Account Migration site, which is scheduled to become available in late July.
    Until the announcements are made, please wait patiently.

    Ok. but you said "complete the migration process before the subscription ends"
    only when I will complete this migration, I will be able to buy the new month.

    but, what if I will not complete the migration process within the end of July? I'll lost this possibility and the account will freeze? or I can recover the situation in august also? thank you.

    Hello again,

    Regarding your concern where in case you did not complete the migration process before the end of July, your subscription will be cancelled starting on August 1st since the payment is not made.
    However even if your subscription gets cancelled, it wouldn't mean that everything is over.
    As long as you complete the migration process and make a payment for the monthly fee, the service can be resumed.
