This didn't work for me. I had to upgrade my MasterCard with SecureCode, but it has issues conflicting with my old address/new address so I'll just have to wait this out. I am not going to reactivate services an an exorbitant fee. XI is not that important to be paying so much for no reason.
1. They fucking do this on a weekend when they have no support.
2. They randomly cancel complete accounts.
3. They expect ME TO FIX THEIR FUCKUP AND CHARGE ME FOR IT?
I don't think so SE!

Why do i even ahve to go through this. I have a valid Credit Card on record for 8 or 9 years. Never have i failed to pay once.
Why do i have to update my payment info now to re-activate my content id's that THEY deleted?

I got it done fine, I had to load POL directly from files so it wouldn't crash though. I'm a little concerned about the reactivation fee though. I don't wanna have to pay it if I don't have to. Since... I WAS playing just yesterday. :\

ya. both my accounts come off my same card. my main character cant log in. but my other character i use can log in. i just talked with a GM. says to contact the support center. its the weekend as far as i know the support center is closed? at least teh GM said that one to after i asked him if it was closed on weekends. so basically we either have to wait for the reactivation maint. to be completed. or we r just screwed out of a month and have to pay again. which i can see happening. i woudlnt put it past them. been playing since 02. this is the only time its ever happend. it has happend 2-3 other times but a failure on my part to change CC #'s. so i didnt mess it up for u guys
