When you change nations, you lose access to:
Any Conquest Points you've earned for that nation (obviously, a rival nation won't give you credit for deeds you did under another nation's banner)
Access to Outpost teleports until you do new supply runs (though which Outposts you've done for your previous nation are saved, so if you ever switch back you don't have to redo the supply runs).
You will keep your Airship pass, as that was issued to you by Jeuno, not your nation. Also, fame levels do not decrease, the people won't think less of you for changing your alliance, your past good deeds still stand out in their minds.
If you have an Airship pass you do not lose it. You are not able to use the outpost warps that you obtained with your old nation when you are part of the new nation. If you choose to go back to your old nation the outpost warps will be available again. Reputation is not nation driven so it is not lost.
Your conquest points are saved as well so if you end up going back to the old nation you was with, you will have acsses to told cp you had with that nation.
You're dammed if you do and you're dammed if you don't
