BLM should never be able to deal as much damage as a pure DD, however they should be on par with jobs like Ranger, sacrificing damage for being out of AoE range.

PD zerging works for that particular hall due to the mob types but you will need to adopt other strategies to clear the other ones.

I always do good damage on Voidwatch NMs on BLM. We usually have 2-3 BLMs and assign them different spells, once we hit a HV trigger I'll chain-nuke Thundaja > Thunder V > Burst II > Firaja > Fire V...

We still have sign-ups for drops and prioritise certain gear to certain jobs but we ditched any form of points system a long time ago. Most in the linkshell agree it was for the best.
