Actually scratch that, there's a new location now. Just on my way back I ran in to the 8th one, which is located in the small room that leads to the basement floor of fei yin.

There was supposed to be a Seed Afterglow located in a room where Sentient Carafes reside. This room is on the first floor near the BC. I am unable to locate this.
