It's actually meant for characters that have been deleted. The ones you can't use the usual reactivate method.
And it's always better they respond sooner than later.

I just called them and they said it's been down since March.
He also couldn't tell me anything about this or when it's going to be back.

You completely missed the point. Improving the UI doesn't mean it's going to be good for mouse only.

Waiting 15 minutes for something to spawn, so you can enter an area in which is rarely played anymore and by waiting I don't mean walking to the zone or anything, I mean just standing there looking...

HDTVs don't get cut off unless you have one of those early HDTVs that are component only and are pretty much 200 pounds.

My noob side is showing! I actually don't know much about MNK as i've never played it for more than testing out the 2 hour once. For some reason I thought it gave more attack power as well, silly me.
