They did change the weakness timers for besieged but I think that's it...at the very least they should be reduced for all timed battlefields.

As I see it kylos you have 3 options. First is to give up on actively obtaining job points altogether. (which is what I did because frankly I have better things to do than to grind away on capacity...

At least give thf a 119 cross-bow... boomerangs and the like, are useless as an offensive/surviveability option.
