Because the crit hit cap hasn't been raised past 50% now and able to be utilized for both TP and WS for some jobs 100% of the time.

This is exactly right, they can always add new things that are "programmed" but making any existing changes are too hard because of "programming".

level another job that can proc everything to be able to gear up the job you want to play but will never be able to.

It feels more insulting to be handing out the free statue, which does absolutely nothing, and at the same time not the beret as well.

I also like the fact that anything given to DRK is then nerfed later on down the road.

Souleater, Drain, and now Absorb TP have all been nerfed in some way.

The thing I hate most about drk is the amount of enmity it generates, pulling hate off of other DDs while doing less dmg.
