That's exactly what I'm thinking... the ws dmg bonus on lv90 relic is as lame as you can think of. So just remove the off-hand limitation and we'll be happy, at least for a short while.

Comparing 85 Kannagi and 90 Kikoku, regardless in or outside aby, kannagi beat kikoku any-ways you name it except the silly base dmg... I don't have a emp scythe to compare with but even they boost...

When you put a one-handed relic weapon (i.e. kikoku) offhand, you do not get the buff from the weapon.

This has nothing to do with H2H or two-handed relic weapon. It's as clear as it is.

Can the dev team please consider removing the offhand limitation for one-handed relic weapon?
