Yeah, I think storm spells should give a permanent boost or higher percentage rate of boost with merits. What is it now? A 33% chance of a 10% boost?

I would rather this job ability be a pet ability; a 5 minute recast; and transfer all summoner enmity to the avatar.

Ha ha! So it's similar to a Sch's 2h in how it resets Stratagems. Awesome!

I also think that 2h's should break silence, amnesia, or paralyze.

Well the sch can be silenced, slept, stun-ed, terror-ed, amnesia-ed, or killed in an attempt to use the stratagems and the spells. And can't Tabula Rasa be dispelled?

So... what is the duration of the new 2h?
