Please give us a way to concentrate on getting the Rare/ex brown chest item. The drop rates are far too low considering they are more usefull for side projects like skilling up or HELM activities.
I'd like to see the dropped plot point in ToAH of the extra astral candescenses be brought back, they had a bunch of hints about it and then it just kinda dissapeared. Also I'd love to see more stuff...
Would make sense though, now that I think about it considering that all of the relic weapons were wielded by a member of the hydra corps before their untimely disappearance.

I think even back when they'd delete characters there was still a way to retrieve your old one, it was just a hassle to do so.
While there may or may not be an effect, if we haven't seen a reliable difference in 10 years of playing, it's doubtful the difference would be statistically significant.
One idea I've thought of is what if the game would just keep track of how many of the enemy you killed and then give you the corresponding reward when you turn in your op?
I think the character reactivation service lets you bring back a character no matter how long you've been gone, but I'm not too sure.
