I leveled my BLU on a new character with 3 other people and some people learned spells on the first try other it took 3 trys for me it took 87 trys... its just bad RNG that needs to get fixed lol

Im talking about with the spell + items + other jobs putting buffs on you. What kind of party makeup would you need and how much regen would you get?

Whats the highest possible auto-regen can RUN get? With any subjob and any possible party members of other jobs buffing you. also include gear aswell... I researched it and I cannot find it anywhere.
