Can someone from Square help me please? I don't understand why it takes so long to get assistance. I paid for the game and I would like to play it sometime soon.

Exact same issue here. Very frustrating. I tried resetting my password and it still gives me this error. Has anyone found a solution? I kind of want to play the game considering I am paying for it.

I am having issues logging in. Play Online keeps rejecting my password. I tried changing the password but I still cannot log into the game.

Thnaks! I will try 8 and then 7 i guess and see what happens. It happened with both of my drivers. I also rolled back Windows 10 and it's still doing it.

Nah it definitely isn't that. I already had weather and shadows off before the crashes started...It is either something to do with Windows 10 and the update that just happened or FFXI and the update...
