Is it possible to give Geomancers Enhancing Skill instead of enfeebling skill? In my experience with GEO it would be much more helpful.

I don't know what jobs you are talking about but WHM, BRD, PLD, PUP, COR, GEO, RUN to name a few... These jobs don't need Delve weapons to compete. BRD always wanted and not too difficult to gear up....

As for new frames, I'm not sure what they come up with (useful).
