I've noticed after doing some Coalition assignments that the Limit points earned from them does not go to your Potpourri, I did a couple of assignments earning 22800 limit points but my Potpourri total remained the same. I've not looked at Limit points earned from RoE. Is this meant to be the case?

I did 5 total courier's all ~5-7k each
I do know that it count's multiple as when I get 19000 exp it awards 2 potourri in chat -
