Apocalypse and Ragnarok updates Suggestions

Hello,

So, that's some ideas I have to make Apocalypse and Ragnarok better in future.

Apocalypse:
- 1st of course, add alot of base DMG, accuracy, skills, magic accuracy and parrying
- Make Catastrophe aftermath able to overcap the Haste cap
- Make the drain effect from Catastrophe:
-->Idea 1: Boost player HP if the HP are already full
-->Idea 2: Cure people around with an AOE effect based on the HP drained.
- Make the blind additional effect more efficient
- Double the current WS damages on Catastrophe

Ragnarok:
- 1st of course, add alot of base DMG, accuracy, skills, magic accuracy and parrying
- Make Scourge aftermath more powerfull with more % of critical hits rate
- Increase rate of Critical Hits VI
- Double the current WS damages on Scourge

It's not what we wanted, but it's the best you could hope for.

Ill take the ability haste, I know my set loves it as they get more haste :)

And the boost in damage is priceless. :)
