Are there people out there who like to party up???

Hey guys I started playing this in Oct of last year. I got quite a ways and it was pretty exciting for me because I found a linkshell right off the bat. I'm glad I looked into it before I started playing because before I heard you couldn't really get anywhere without a little help lol.
So then I stopped and started playing again early this year. Just today I renewed my membership because I have an xbox live friend that's going to be joining me tomorrow. The people in my linkshell are so overly overleveled it's unreal hahah I can't do anything with them because I'm just lvl 40 D:
Also I bought the Abby thing but didn't know I would need the disc to freakin' actually download to my xbox. So great -_- hahah wish I would've known that. Anyways getting off topic.

I just want people to hangout with and have fun with me and my friend. Be it through xbox live or not it doesn't matter. I like to party up. Only problem is, I'm really too under level to party up with any one right now (lvl 14).

I play on the 360 but I don't have a linkshell.

yeah i just did that i only start playing on odin cuz some ppl from steam were there and is the highest populated server out there

Noogard, what are you playing on? PS/PS2-3/360?

pc i have 360 but idk if will work there cuz i bought it for pc

I would call and see, but I know you have to have the game disc to install it on your HDD (which takes up quite a bit of space, so make your you have a 60+gb HDD)

Billyonaire and I both are playing on 360. Easier to chat that way with party chat on the 360 and all.
I was the only one in like 50-75 miles that pre-order and got a new copy of the UC game at Gamestop...lol. So, if you want to fork out the $30, best going to get it online. I would call and see if you can switch your account from a PC to a 360 if you want to go that route. Up to you...

i can always get on xbox and join the party what i want to know if we play same map

yeah, all the platforms share the same servers.

Playing on PC is by far the better choice for FFXI - as far as pt chat, teamspeak, ventrilio, raidcall -- some areas/events have had issues with PS2/360 but work fine on PC. Plus some content is not coming to other platforms (unless you live in Japan).

You guys must have some OLD copies of FFXI for 360 - I looked and cannot find a copy outside of ebay.
