Steps:

1. Interacted with the NPC "Isakoth".
2. Selected the option "Trust".
3. Two options appeared to buy Trusts.
4. Selected the option "Cipher of F. Coffin's alter ago. (500)"
5. Selected the option "Yes" to exchange 500 Sparks of Eminence for the Cipher.
6. Obtained the Cipher, however the window to continue buying items with Sparks does not reappear, nor does interaction end with the NPC Isakoth.
7. Forced the game to close and tried to buy the other Trust "Cipher of Gilgamesh's alter ego. (500)
8. Same result, stuck with no window prompt and continued interaction with the NPC.

I'm also having the same problem with the Eminence NPC in Windurst Woods on Asura

Steps:
Interacted with the NPC "Fhelm Jobeizat".
Selected the option "Trust".
Two options appeared to buy Trusts.
Selected the option "Cipher of F. Coffin's alter ago. (500)"
Selected the option "Yes" to exchange 500 Sparks of Eminence for the Cipher.
Obtained the Cipher, however the window to continue buying items with Sparks does not reappear, nor does interaction end with the NPC Isakoth. - UI instance locks.
Forced the game to close and tried to buy the other Trust "Cipher of Gilgamesh's alter ego. (500)
Same result, stuck in instance lock, and continued interaction with the NPC.
