exp gain frozen unable to level

im currently level 50 dargoon/ 25 warrior. im leveling my character in cralers nest and i noticed that when checking my stats my current exp is 7799/7800 and no matter what i fight it says im getting exp but looking at my stats its still the same and im not leveling up or gaining the exp from the kills.

Not a bug. You need to do level break quests every 5 lvls until you get to 99 once you reach 50.
