Records of Eminence, "Other" #3, Ark Angel Trusts

Fought AAMR and quest was properly flagged. Won. Many items dropped and filled my backpack, leaving no room for the Cipher: AAMR. Got a message about it to clear my inventory. I cleared spaces until everything dropped into backpack but the Cipher did not drop. The Quest is now marked in Yellow as Complete but I never got the Cipher. Talked with NPC's Jamal and Shanene but did not get it. With no Cipher: AAMR I can't progress to the final two Ark Angels. I even went back and repeated the fight, won again and still the Cipher did not drop. So question: HOW DO I NOW GET THE CIPHER: AAMR? Thanks fo any help. joelmull@aol.com

If it's yellow in the menu, don't you just click on it, to receive the item?
