WoE Suggestions

1) Can bard songs be allowed to hit people outside of party, similar to the way that pet abilities can hit anyone in WoE? I've had a really hard time getting anyone to invite me to their party, and given that the whole point of bard is to buff people, it really sucks to have an event where I am just sitting there casting ballad on myself and cure IVing people.

2) In line with #1, can all abilities that are usually party only hit everyone? I don't see why SMNs get to buff EVERYONE while I use "Killer Instinct" on BST and it hits no one. If 1 Garuda hasting 20 people isn't overpowered, I don't see how letting other jobs buffs hit more people would be a problem. Obviously I would have no issue with that leading to adjustments of the number of "points" that buffing would give. ATM it is really unbalanced towards SMN though. Making this a reality will make it a lot easier for smaller groups to complete fluxes when the popularity of the event dies down.

3) Why not adjust some fluxes to carry a smaller maximum amount of players (and be cleared by that number)? Since you have changed the event to not award ANY loot if the boss isn't cleared, I think it would be smart to think ahead and ensure people will be able to still work on WoE weapons even if a smaller number of players are interested in the event. As it is sometimes there are six or eight people locked out of the popular flux (of the moment) - it would be cool if there was some fluxes designed for 6 or 10 people that they could go try. Currently they just wait because it isn't worth wasting a medal on a fail. Meanwhile 9-10 fluxes sit empty and unused at any given time. Having a tier locked at 6, one locked at 12, one at 18 and the others at 36 would ensure the event lasts beyond the first couple months after the patch.

Other people please feel free to add suggestions on how to make WoE better.

Quite sure Summoner wards give no points at all, it being based on campaign and all. Think the healing pacts count though.

I think the reason BRDs can't hit everyone is because it would be too strong with the stacked buffs. Hastega really isn't that amazing, it is just 15% haste. I'm sure 2 BRD songs would beat that. And stacking stuff like ice spikes + stoneskin + enthunder etc. probably isn't as potent as stacking Minuet 1,2,3,4,5 and all that good stuff.

It is probably equal to stacking rr, resist poison etc though, so some BRD spells sure could be allowed to be all targets.

I would be happy even if brd songs cast from outside party overwrote each other (over 2). Just seems silly to be there and not buffing ANYONE (though on second run as a brd someone was bright enough to invite me... don't even get why people wouldn't grab a free bard especially when 2/3 of people are magic users.)

Maybe they are worried you'll break the exp! They might smell your BSTness.

Yeah I am not sure why they made smn spells aoe for everyone and not anyone elese like brd or whm.

Yeah it just seems weird to me. I don't mind the buff for pets (it also applies to LuckyLulush's wild carrot) but it seems like it would be logical (and fair) to extend it to other jobs. Either that or autoparty people so buffing jobs have a fair shot at exp/rewards. I work my butt off as a brd and the HIGHEST I never scored was 7800 and that was in a party (so my buffs were actually hitting others). My bst pretty much always gets over 9000, while doing a lot less (that said it costs me a bundle)
