Stuck in black screen

Steps:
1. Finished the battle in the mission Dawn against Promathia.
2. During the following cut scene I lost connection to the server.
3. After trying to log in again I see only a black screen.
4. I have tried checking my internet protocols and graphics settings and nothing has helped.
5. I cannot access the menu to call a GM for assistance, nor can I log out my character.

This is my second posting. I was asked to confirm if anything had changed upon restarting my computer and can confirm that nothing is different. I also see that a similar bug regarding the mission Ragnarok was addressed but not regarding Dawn. My character is still broken.
