The usual websites have no info on their location. The usual NPCs do not sell them in Al Zahbi or Nashmau. None of the coalitions seem to carry them. Where the heck do we get these new rolls? Are they crafted only now or something?

Hm? The npc Chichiroon sells them in Nashmau, you must have overlooked it. (G-7) with the other corsair seller.
