New player, looking for people to play with

Hi, as you can guess im looking for some people to play with, cause playing alone is kinda really not what i think i should be doing in this game. I also should say that i started playing just recently and my knowledge about FF XI is minimal, so im kinda lost now. Basically im looking for a noob-friendly guild (or linkshell i really dont understand which is the right word yet :confused:) that can help me understand this game more. I would be really grateful if anyone can help, cus this is an awesome game and really wanna play it to the highest levels, but alone its impossible(and also really boring). So thanks in advance :D
