Steps:
1. Fighting Bozzetto Bigwig in Ambuscade Vol 1 Difficult setting
2. Around 5-7% HP i used my ambuscade seal, it appeared i moved and didnt activate.
3. I activated again and realized it took BOTH of my seals even though the first one had already activated.
4. End Result- Lost an Ambuscade seal that was never used.

This has always been the case, you just learned about it the hard way. If you have the effect on and use another one it overwrites the existing effect.
