Returning PLD. Gear? JP?

So, I've been gone since about June 2014. I want to get my gear and skills up to speed. Files are installing right now, and I don't remember what I have, but I remember it was pretty decent. Let's just assume that's all trash now. Where does the best/second best/ third best gear come from?

Souveran set +1 is the best gear right now. I go path D and the head, everything else path C. When I go high acc set I use path A on body and hands. The ffixah pld guide is pretty up to date although second best and third options aren't displayed.
