So far, Llewelyn and I (99.9% Llew) have tested the following and see no signs that it affects the following:

JA haste
equipment haste
extra STR
wsd%
critical hit rate
remove increased casting/recast time on spells
accuracy
pdt
mdt
counter
zanshin
save tp



Does anyone have any idea what is being affected by these if you have them? Maybe a dev/rep can chime in?

Can someone test if it affects skillchain?
