Lots of references to consult, FFXIAH and BGWIKI are good places to start, good luck and welcome back.
Can't help you on the linkshell front since you're on Ragnarok, but they have these things called Linkshell Concierges that hand out link pearls. You can try your luck with that.

doods.They aren't very useful atm only 2 LS's on the lists 1jp and 1 eng. I joined the eng. LS.Still looking to increase my network:cool:
