Sagheera won't return AF+1 after accepting items

Steps:
1. I traded Fighters Mask, Ecarlate Cloth, Argyro Rivet and Dark Bronze Sheet to Sagheera to get Fighters mask +1. Sagheera accepted these items and they were removed from my inventory.
2. As this is a "next game day" situation, I went back about 4 hours later and not only did she not present me with the AF+1, but she also did not tell me it was in process.
3. I then tried trading Ancient Beastcoins to her, which I've done before on this character, but she would not accept them.
