New KI for HTBF Cait Sith is a differnt name than listed in update notes

In the update notes it lists

Required Key Item

Key Item Name Required Merit Points
Dawn Phantom Quartz 10

But when I go to npc, it is listed "Champion Phantom Gem"

So either update notes are wrong or wrong name in game.
