I can't get the cut scene for earth pendulum in Port Bastok with Juroro. I have the quest "The Puppet Master" flagged been to House of hero as SMN nothing happens at all.

I can't get the cut scene for earth pendulum in Port Bastok with Juroro. I have the quest "The Puppet Master" flagged been to House of hero as SMN nothing happens at all.
Well, the very first step is go to the house of the hero as a SMN. If nothing happens when you do that, you already did it. is "the puppet master" in your current quest log for sure.
I figured it out I finished it awhile ago and all I had to do to get quest complete was to talk to Koru-Moru
