add more WSs that transfer ftp across all hits

when reading this, please consider i am refering more towards DD specific jobs that lack the power they should have always had.

While trying to figure out the problem with hand to hand and Great axe's lower dmg problem (For those that don't have REMA weapons and are over the top super pimp), i found they lack ftp transfer for their higher teir WSs

i would request that can it be considered that more weaponskills have their ftp transfered accross all hits,
*such a thing will bring weapons such as hand to hand or great axe closer to DD par while opening other WSs from other certain categorys to be useable more frequently.

Great axe and scythe weapon skills need help.
