Items lost and/or files corrupted.

I think this may be related to the other bug I posted regarding the Debug icon that took the place of the Emporox's Gift but I noticed that my Naegling was missing. When I did a /itemsearch "Naegling" it showed it in my wardrobe but when I went there, it was an empty icon. I also noticed that other items may have been lost and/or corrupted. As mentioned below, after following those steps, I logged back in and everything was back to normal should anyone else have similar issues.

Steps:
1. Restarted FFXI & updated Playonline.
2. Ran File Check on both Playonline and Final Fantasy XI (Found corrupted files during file check of Final Fantasy XI)
3. Repair File check was a success
4. Upon logging back in after file repair, everything was normal again.

I have the same thing only worse, all of my Ambuscade items disappeared along with Monthly Objective items. In fact Monthly Objectives don't exist and the AMAN Validator is gone.
