Using Any HP warp to E.Adoulin, causes Playonline to crash

Steps:

1. I was in Norg and used the Home Point #2 to get to Eastern Adoulin Home Point #1.
2. My screen blacks out immediately and says "PlayOnline viewer stopped working."
3. I tried logging back in, and would immediately say "PlayOnline viewer stopped working."
4. I asked my husband, if he could log into my character and move her out of the affected zone.
5. He logged onto my character "Ashiya" and managed to move her out of the zone without any issues.
6. I ran a file check before logging into FINAL FANTASY XI, and no problems were found.
7. I was able to get back into the game, but I am not able to go back into Eastern Adoulin, without experiencing the same problem. :(
